Room Rates: Based on single or double occupancy.
Extra Guests: - xtra guests can be accommodated in the larger suites. The extra person charge is $35 per night and bed options include a fold out single size foam mattress, a double size inflatable mattress or large couch.
Note: Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a deposit.

Check-in Time: Between 4-5pm, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-out Time: 10:30am, unless late check out arrangements have been made in advance.

Children: May be accommodated by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the building. Smoking areas are provided outside each suite.
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Reservation deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed.
Rental balance and damage deposit: Rental balance and damage deposit are payable prior to or upon arrival.
Payments: Can be made by electronic bank transfer, bank draft, Interac, personal cheque, traveler's cheque or with cash. Credit Card payments are also accepted with a 3% surcharge.
Security: For new guests we ask for a photocopy passport or picture ID. Minimum stay: 3 night minimum stay. Shorter stays may be accepted subject to dates, availability or cleaning fees.
Housekeeping: Daily rates include towel service and extra bed linens. Weekly rates include cleaners on a once per week basis. Monthly rates do not include cleaners. Cleaning services are available by request and at a reasonable cost. Note: Availability is subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a deposit.

• If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a $150.00 administration fee to cover banking and re-renting costs.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, we will retain your deposit.
• No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their rental.
