Policies
Rate Policies
Room rates - Based on double occupancy.

Check-in/Check-out Policies
Check-in Time: 4pm - 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-out Time: 12pm, unless late check out arrangements have been made in advance.

Room Policies
Children: Are by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the building
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Reservation Policies
Minimum Stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay.
Reservation Deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments: Can be made by personal cheque, money order, traveler’s cheque, PayPal, credit card* (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery) or with cash.
Security: For new guests we ask for faxed Xerox copies of your valid driver's license and valid credit card. These copies can either be returned to you or destroyed after you have vacated the unit in good order.

* Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge

Cancellations & No Show Policies
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a $40.00 administration fee to cover banking and re-renting costs.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged the amount of one nights stay, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 21 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 25% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 50% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
  • Please note that with advance notice we are usually able to re-rent our accommodations and only the $40.00 administration fee will apply.
  • No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.
