Suite 201 is a one-bedroom suite providing 860 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. This suite features hardwood floors & stained glass windows throughout, a living room with leather couches, antique furniture, and an extensive art collection. There is a large full bathroom with a granite countertop vanity and a claw foot bathtub & shower. The kitchen has custom cabinets, black granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for four people, and double French doors opening onto a large private balcony.

Located on the top floor of the house, suite 201 is a one-bedroom apartment with access to a large private balcony that overlooks the backyard. There is no back lane to the property for added quiet time enjoyment, and there are many large trees, including an ancient maple tree over 100 years old and standing over 50 feet (15 meters) tall. The suite has undergone a complete historical restoration and full mechanical upgrade to provide a balance of convenience and timeless heritage living.
This main living area has the original 1912 hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and a vaulted ceiling with an Arts & Crafts ceiling fan that hangs over the living room seating area. Furniture includes new leather couches, an antique writing desk, and many additional pieces of select antique furniture, some of which the original owners enjoyed when they were living here in 1912.
Modern conveniences include HDTV, DVD, VCR, stereo system, and telephone. In addition, there are many select art pieces, decorations, and Indian carpets for added enjoyment and visual stimulation.
The separate bedroom offers a high-quality king-size Stearns & Foster mattress with a wrought iron bed frame. Luxury cotton bed linens, a down duvet comforter, and a selection of down and quallofil pillows ensure a night of restful sleep for all preferences. A large opening window and a smaller stained glass window are also open for additional ventilation if desired. Several antique dressers and a large closet provide extensive storage areas for all types of clothes and any suitcases or luggage that may need to be stored. Modern conveniences include TV, DVD, VCR, alarm clock, and programmable thermostats for added comfort and convenience.
The kitchen features custom fir wood cabinets and black granite countertops. New stainless appliances include a Bosch gas cooktop & electric convection oven, exterior vented range hood, full-sized freezer on the bottom refrigerator, whisper quiet dishwasher, and a microwave. Accessories include a toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, quality pots & pans, chic dishware, a wide assortment of cups, glasses & stemware, stainless cutlery, and a selection of kitchen tools and kitchen knives. In addition, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, cutting boards, and serving bowls & plates are included for those who want to entertain or enjoy extended stays.
The kitchen has double French doors that open onto a large balcony that overlooks the backyard with grand trees providing privacy and a feeling of living in an old-growth forest.
There are two hall closets & storage areas that include space for hanging coats & jackets and any full-length garments you may have. There are also additional shelves for any extra storage that may be required. For added convenience, there are a clothes iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum, Swifter, floor mop, broom & dustpan.
Cleaning services range in cost from $125 – $200 depending on the type and frequency of cleaning. Laundry service rates are available by request.
The suite comes equipped with a complete assortment of cleaning tools & supplies. The laundry room is on the ground floor and features a commercial-size coin-operated (2 x $1 coin) washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap, bleach, stain remover, and fabric softener.
